1. Nature of Services

Phronoia provides consulting, education, coaching, leadership development, professional development, strategic advisory services, executive support, speaking engagements, and facilitated conversations.

Services offered through The Clarity Room™ are designed to provide a confidential environment for discussion, reflection, personal insight, strategic thinking, and decision support.

The Clarity Room™ is not psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, legal representation, financial advising, crisis intervention, or medical care.

2. No Professional Clinical Relationship

Participation in The Clarity Room™ does not establish a therapist-client relationship, physician-patient relationship, attorney-client relationship, or fiduciary relationship.

Users are responsible for seeking appropriate licensed professionals for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or emergency concerns.

3. Confidentiality

Phronoia respects the privacy of all participants.

Information shared during sessions will be treated confidentially except:

• When disclosure is required by law.
• When there is a credible threat of harm to self or others.
• When necessary to comply with legal obligations.
• When authorized in writing by the participant.

4. Memberships and Scheduling

Membership benefits, session allotments, and pricing are subject to change.

Unused sessions do not automatically roll over unless expressly stated in a membership agreement.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

5. Cancellation Policy

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.

No-shows may result in loss of the scheduled session without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, presentations, training resources, frameworks, publications, logos, trademarks, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Phronoia Global Consulting, LLC unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

Phronoia does not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in any service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phronoia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in services.

8. User Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Conduct themselves respectfully.
• Refrain from unlawful activity.
• Accept responsibility for decisions made based on discussions or recommendations.

9. Modifications

Phronoia reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
